“ISACS, under the leadership of Lucy Medlycott, has transformed my knowledge and appreciation of the Street Art, Circus and Spectacle sector in Ireland and Internationally. Their excellent guidance has directly influenced my thinking around the programming of Carlow Arts Festival since I took over the directorship in 2016, and has resulted in a massive uplift in our audiences both in terms of numbers and level of engagement.”
Jo Mangan, Director, Carlow Arts Festival, 2018
“The partnership with ISACS has been of great benefit to Cork Midsummer Festival, enabling us to further support emerging artists through the DELVE programme, broadening our networks in the European Street Arts and Circus world through the brokering of relationships at leading Catalan festival Fira Tarrega.”
Kath Gorman, Head of Participation and Engagement, Cork Midsummer Festival, 2018

“Thanks to the close collaboration between FiraTàrrega and ISACS, in 2017 we opened a definitive door for exchange between the street arts and circus of Ireland and Catalonia. The role of ISACS has been essential to provoke and promote these exchanges. And this is only the first achievement of many more to come.”
Mike Ribalta, Head of International Relations, Fira Tarrega, Catalonia, 2018
“It was a great pleasure to work with ISACS on the Focus Irlanda and then to visit Ireland's inspiring Spraoi Festival to meet artists and local programmers. Thanks to ISACS and Culture Ireland an uncovered and not yet internationally visible artistic culture was brought to the attention of international programmers and an Italian audience.”
